He has led projects in the electrotechnical sector - leading implementation projects for new brands of electrotechnical equipment, in the automotive sector - leading the project implementation and business development department, and in the IT sector, where he currently works as a Project & Program Management Subtower Manager. He was the project manager at the production company Schneider Electric (Elda-Eltra Elektrotechnika production plants), where he managed the implementation projects of new wiring lines, which covered the full product development cycle from market needs through product analysis, R&D, and creation of production tools (including forms injection molding), creating a logistics supply chain for components, starting production, market implementation. He worked as a Manager of the sales and project implementation department at PRETTL Automotive, where he was responsible for building the project management department, implementing procedures in accordance with ISO / TS 16949. As part of the projects carried out, together with the team developing production process flow diagrams, project and product FMEA, implementing elements LEAN (5S, KANBAN). He combines many years of experience in many industries with theoretical preparation. He is a graduate of Mechanics and Machine Design at the specialization Processes and Production Systems, as well as MBA studies and holder of many certificates in the field of management, project management and services (MBA, PMP®, Prince2, Prince2 Agile, Agile PM, MSP, ITIL). For several years he has been conducting courses and lectures, including on Advanced Project Management for the WSB Universities, Project Management and Executive MBA at the Faculty of Economic Science and Management of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. |
